The worry challenge.


So, I tend to be a worry wart from time to time, ok actually a lot, and I have made it one of my New Year Resolutions to try and not sweat the small stuff as much.  So, here is a challenge to try for anyone who can relate.  Whenever you catch yourself worrying about absolutely anything, even if it is really small, quickly think of something that you absolutely love (places, people, food, songs, T.V. shows, ANYTHING!)  ! I tried it yesterday and it made me feel a lot better. I even started to notice as the day went on, I started worrying less!
